Perfect formula in my opinion, cream to powder buildable yet sheer with a slight satin sheen like the wisp of rainbows in love. That's my feeling when I used it. Only downside is they discontinued it, was pricey and towards the end, had to use my pinky nail to scrape the last bits out.This is no better than Revlon cream blush in terms of texture and color saturation.
