I recently received this 116518LN with meteorite dial and after a quick quality control I noticed that the dial appeared slightly misaligned and both the chrono second and minute hands were not aligning with their respective markers. A misaligned rehaut is often an indicator of a fake and I know I'd pass on buying a used Rolex with pretty much any dial or rehaut imperfections visible to the naked eye. I had a hand misaligned on the Daytona.. the hand that moves when you start the chronometer function (aka the arrow hand for me). The only way to get this fixed is to switch the entire dial which I think is a reasonable request to Rolex for a watch that's within warranty. After a few weeks noticed that the bezel was not aligned and was off by about half a click. Decided to take it back to the AD to have them address it and didn't go as expected. Took a lot of effort to have them acknowledge the fact that it wasn't aligned. From what I read on the subject on TRF (a lot of people seem to have this problem there), it seems that the dial when mounted has some tolerances for adjustment, and can be properly aligned with the rehaut at service.
