I absolutely love Prada Galleria / DZT bags but these prices seem crazy to me. While these editions are beautiful, I can’t see these becoming iconic like the fairy bags. So I agree with those who have said get them if they’re making your heart sing but I wouldn’t buy them with any expectation on what will happen with resale.
I do NOT recommend the Prada galleria bag. I'm so heartbroken over Prada. The top sealant (where the bag folds) started lifting on both sides after a few short months. I was just in main PRADA store in Paris and saw some of the new bags. I’m going to do a special order for the man’s Galleria (not part of this new collection but it will be a stunning man sized dark green bag with silver hardware). I personally think the double tote looks best with the big size. If you want a smaller size, I would look at galleria. This is just my personal opinion though. The range of Prada Galleria Bags is vast, and there’s truly a Galleria for all. Where sizing is concerned, the Galleria offers 4 sizes ranging from mini to large. No matter which size you choose, the interior offers the Galleria’s iconic double zippers.
