So in the mean time I’m on the waitlist for a datejust..I would consider this to be overpriced unless you are specifically fixated on the Tahitian Mother of Pearl dial, you could get a different 116234 for 6-7k. This is a 36mm precious generation DJ with the 3135 movement which while solid, has been around since the 80s. Question is would a Datejust ever go up in value like some Rolex sport models?
