It has mounts that are roughly .600” forward and .125” lower than the ERA rack.I used the FR1502B boot as a replacement on my Flaming River rack, and used a ring sizer to expand it to get over the tie rod socket. The sizer is a long, slender cone shape. I found the point where its diameter was equal to the OD of the tie rod socket and cut it there.
The car is equipped with ERA-modified Flaming River rack-and-pinion steering, SPAX adjustable coilovers, and a Jaguar-based setup at the rear with dual dampers on either side housed in a custom ERA rear subframe. Braking is handled by discs at all four corners.
